It's imperative that you don't approach marketing as a broadcast. You need systems, strategies, structures, processes, techniques, and tactics, all intertwined to get the results that you want.
In trying to achieve the results that you want, you need to start with reverse engineering.
- What are your revenue goals?
- What is the deadline you want to put on that?
- What are you currently making in revenue?
- Do you have the capacity?
- Do you have a team?
- Do you have the time and ability to learn, or do you have the capabilities to outsource and delegate?
- What do we have to work with?
- How would you rate yourself?
- How would current customers rate you?
- How would your community rate you?
You see, we need to analyze all of this and put it together to create certain benchmarks and milestones. You need to know where you are the strongest and where you are the weakest. You can then start the outline to create a strategy to fortify and implement a system. And under that system, add structure and analysis and put all of that together to move things forward.
